Thomas Maaberg Hansen has extensive experience in complex finance transactions and provides advice that focuses on the clients' commercial interests.
Thomas advises Danish and international businesses, private equity funds, investors loan funds and banks on financing and capital market transactions, including acquisition finance, project and asset finance and financial reconstruction.
Within the defence sector, Thomas assists manufacturers and other suppliers of defence equipment and defence solutions with negotiation of framework agreements and defence contracts with the Danish Government. Thomas also assists in connection with establishment of production in Denmark and advises investors and financiers within the defence industry.
