‘Søren Henriksen is extremely skilled in insurance and understands the legal complexities of working cases with touch points to multiple jurisdictions. He has an exceptionally good sense of guiding clients through difficult and complex cases.' Legal500 EMEA, 2023
Søren has particular experience with the complex and long-lasting high-profile cases that are characteristic of Gorrissen Federspiel's dispute resolution team. He has been deeply involved in the legal consequences of the 2008 financial crisis in relation to Danish bank failures, and most recently the contentious issue of claims for refund of dividend tax. He was also part of the defense team that represented a major Danish industrial client in one of the first-ever securities litigations brought in the Danish jurisdiction, and he is currently representing a party to one of the most significant litigations brought in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
