Søren Henriksen specialises in disputes concerning commercial decisions, risks, projects and transactions. He is widely recognised for his strategic vision, business understanding and ability to deliver results, and he is in high demand. He has an impressive track record in commercial settlements.
Building on his international training in market conduct, Søren conducts complex, cross-border commercial disputes relating to M&A, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder information, commercial contracts, management liability, stock exchange disclosure requirements and project-related disputes, in particular within IT and outsourcing, as well as related insurance issues. Søren also has significant experience with class action and mass claims within these areas.
His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including finance, industry, life sciences, energy and construction projects, shipping & transportation and IT & outsourcing.
Thanks to his strong commercial profile, he has achieved significant recognition in international arbitration and has been recognised several times in the Global Arbitration Review 100. He regularly represents clients before the major Nordic and European arbitration institutes, including FAI, SCC, LCIA, ICC, KCAB and the Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA). Furthermore, he is often appointed as an arbitrator in national and international commercial arbitration cases - acting as sole, presiding or party-appointed arbitrator.
