The Securities Litigation Group excels at advising issuers and members of the issuers’ board of directors and executive management on matters related to capital markets compliance and crisis management and representing them in their defence against administrative investigations and claims related thereto.

We have, inter alia, advised the defendant issuers in recent large Danish securities class action and mass litigation claims as well as an extensive number of administrative inquiries and criminal investigations related to Danish listed companies.
