Christina Rahbek is a Managing Counsel in Gorrissen Federspiel's Corporate/M&A and Compliance & Sustainability groups.

Christina's core focus is on international trade, where she has substantial corporate, contractual and regulatory expertise well as a deep commercial understanding.

Christina has extensive experience with general corporate law and M&A and she has assisted a large number of Danish and international industrial clients and private equity funds with M&A, investments and joint venture establishment. Christina assists with all parts of an M&A process, including transaction structure, due diligence, W&I insurance and the drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements, shareholders' agreements and transitional services agreements.

Christina's extensive experience with commercial contracts includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of sale and purchase agreements, standard terms and conditions, framework agreements as well as contracts related to large-scale CAPEX projects, including EPC contracts - and very often with a cross-border element. Christina has considerable insight into and experience with the international FIDIC, Orgalime and NL standards.

On the regulatory side, Christina advises large Danish and multinational companies in various industries and sectors on export controls, trade sanctions and anti-corruption, where she assists clients with the establishment of compliance programs and advises on compliance risks and specific enforcement cases.

Christina is an expert on ESG and sustainable corporate governance, risk assessments and business ethics. Christina has in-depth knowledge of the newly developed ESG legislation, including the EU taxonomy, the Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), sustainability reporting (CSRD), due diligence (CSDDD), etc. and she advises clients on the implementation of ESG perspectives and requirements in commercial contracts as well as companies' strategic work with ESG.

Christina frequently gives public lectures and presentations within her fields of expertise.
