The Danish company Asetek A/S has announced a successful completion of its rights issue on Oslo Børs and first listing day on Nasdaq Copenhagen today 17 May 2023. Asetek A/S is a Danish EM developer and producer of liquid coolers for PC and enthusiast gaming brands as well as products for next level immersive SimSports gaming experiences.
The company has been listed on Oslo Børs since 2013 and plans a delisting in the future, but will continue with a temporary dual listing for now.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted the two banks Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and Carnegie AS on the transaction. The team was led by Chantal Pernille Patel Simonsen with assistance from Emily Nordin, Ole Poulsen Tougaard, Emil Clement, Thomas Skou and Sixten Franke.
