Gorrissen Federspiel has advised RUBIK Properties on its new mandate to take over the asset management of the Commercial Real Estate Denmark portfolio owned by institutional investors.
The fund has a real estate portfolio of 31 properties across Denmark with a market value of DKK 7.5 billion and a property area of 427,000 sqm.
The Gorrissen Federspiel deal team was led by partner Steen Puch Holm-Larsen and real estate counsel Kasper Viuf Søndergaard.
