Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Udviklingsselskabet Carlsberg Byen P/S in connection with the sale of all commercial premises in Caroline Hus to Wihlborgs A/S.
The transaction comprises a total of approximately 10,000 square metres of commercial space, which is currently leased to a number of well-known companies that have chosen to establish their operations in the unique surroundings of the former historic brewery site.
The sale marks another milestone in the development of Carlsberg Byen, which has been transformed into one of Copenhagen’s most prominent and modern districts.
The Gorrissen Federspiel team consisted of partner Alexander Troeltzsch Larsen, Real Estate Counsel Simon Bronka and attorney Rasmus Godthaab Jespersen.
