Gorrissen Federspiel has acted as legal counsel to Altid Gruppen on the sale of Altid Vikar to Hawk Infinity.
Altid Vikar, founded in Hillerød in 2017, is Denmark’s largest staffing provider within the pedagogical sector.
Beyond kindergartens, nurseries and special-needs institutions, the company also serves clients across social care, psychiatry, healthcare and specialised services, in both the public and private sectors.
Hawk Infinity is a Norwegian investment company focused on long-term ownership of founder-led businesses. Its approach is built around partnership, with a focus on profitable growth and providing founders with continued freedom and independence following closing.
The Gorrissen Federspiel team was led by partner Andreas Hertel and attorney Kristina Sønderkær Mortensen, with Nordic M&A acting as corporate finance adviser and Cedra Danmark as financial advisor to the seller.
