Alexander Troeltzsch Larsen has advised Danish and foreign companies in real estate matters for a number of years. Alexander has extensive experience with all aspects of real estate project development, including the buying and selling of development properties and projects, rental law, planning law and construction law issues as well as structuring and completion of project sales.
Moreover, Alexander's expertise encompasses transactions concerning the buying and selling of commercial and investment properties, for instance office and retail trade properties and shopping centres, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements. Alexander gives frequent lectures to Estate Media and private companies on for instance planning law issues.
Significant cases
In recent years, Alexander has:
- provided assistance to a large international project development and construction group in relation to the development and sale of residential and commercial buildings covering an area in excess of 27,000 m2.
- Provided ongoing assistance to the company behind one of the largest and most prominent current project development areas in Denmark in relation to for instance (a) development and sale of several hundreds of residential housing units
(b) rental and sale of a retail trade area measuring approx. 7,000 m2 covering several supermarkets
and (c) drafting and negotiating major commercial lease agreements concerning exclusive domicile and hotel leases
- Advised one of Denmark's largest building contractors in connection with (a) a number of larger transactions concerning both corporate sales and property sales of development projects, including drafting and negotiating turnkey contracts and transfer agreements, as well as (b) cases concerning the development and sale of hundreds of residential properties.
Alexander has also advised on municipal tenders and sales of a number of large development areas. In this connection, he has for instance assisted in the organisation and management of tender processes, preparation of local plans, etc.
