Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted new investor Mission BioCapital, together with existing investors Novo Holdings and Sound Bioventures and a group of other new investors, in connection with an oversubscribed EUR 67.5 million Series A financing in Danish clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company Breye Therapeutics ApS.
The financing represents an important milestone for Breye and will support the continued clinical development of its lead asset, danegaptide.
