We are pleased to have advised Koncenton Metropol II A/S on the sale of a residential property portfolio to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, which acquired the portfolio through a Danish SPV.
The transaction is among the largest residential property deals in Denmark this year and represents a significant investment in the Danish residential real estate market.
The portfolio comprises seven properties located across Greater Copenhagen – including Copenhagen NV, Copenhagen S, Valby and Rødovre – as well as in Taastrup and Aarhus N.
