Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Nykredit Bank A/S in connection with the sale of Sparxpres to Resurs Bank AB.
Sparxpres offers consumer loans to private customers as well as financing solutions for private customers, including instalment payment options and credit in connection with purchases from Danish webshops and stores.
