Aquaporin A/S is a Danish founded innovative water purification technology company listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen’s main market, has carried out a rights issue raising gross proceeds of DKK 172 million through a rights issue. Net proceeds from the offering will be used to continue the development and commercialization of their cutting-edge water purification innovations and as an enabler of achieving profitability in the coming years.
