Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Nalka Invest’s portfolio company Uniwater in connection with the acquisition of the Danish companies Wasys and Acowa.
With these acquisitions, Uniwater strengthens its position within automation and water infrastructure in Denmark and across the Nordics, where Wasys and Acowa contribute specialized expertise in pump control, measurement, monitoring, and automation solutions.
