Gorrissen Federspiel has advised JFM in connection with the conclusion of a strategic partnership and cross-ownership agreement with Berlingske Media and its owner, Amedia.
This means that Amedia will acquire 30% of the shares in JFM, while JFM will acquire 30% of Berlingske Media. The partnership is intended to create greater reach, improved operations and increased opportunities to invest in quality journalism.
