Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Eltronic Group A/S in connection with the divestment of Eltronic FuelTech A/S to G&O Maritime Group, a portfolio company of Polaris Private Equity.
Eltronic FuelTech A/S is a leading company in the design and manufacture of advanced fuel systems and technologies for the maritime industry, enabling vessels to transition from conventional fossil fuels to more environmentally sustainable alternatives.
