Anders Peter Christoffersen co-heads our Corporate/M&A practice group and assists Danish and foreign companies and private equity companies, advising on contracts, company law, foundations law, M&A transactions, venture capital, shareholders' agreements and incentive schemes.

Anders has extensive experience with advising on and negotiating commercial contracts, M&A and incentive schemes. He has assisted both foundations and founders in connection with, among other things, the formation, acquisition and sale of venture companies. Anders assists a number of Danish cooperative groups and groups in the life sciences segment. Other areas of focus for Anders are retail, fashion, textiles and IT companies, within which he also has extensive experience with commercial advice.Finally, Anders assists private individuals and foundations with advice within the private client segment and has therefore also experience with the areas of relevance to this particular group.

Significant cases
In the field of M&A, Anders has assisted many large and medium-sized private equity funds. In this regard, he has also assisted in the establishing and closing of several equity funds after the end of their investment period.

He assists the owners of medium-sized Danish companies on a current basis in connection with sale to industrial or financial buyers. In the life sciences segment, he assists both foundations and founders in connection with forming and investing in new companies, particularly in the biotech segment.

Anders has assisted several equity funds with investments in companies.
