Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted NRGi Renewables A/S with the acquisition of a Danish wind turbine portfolio consisting of 25 onshore wind turbines distributed across four locations in Denmark.
The wind turbines were acquired by the Swiss private equity fund Susi Partners.
The core team consisted of Hans Nikolaj Amsinck Boie, Magnus Søndergaard-Pedersen and partner Christian Halskov Sauer.
Completion of the transaction is pending approval by the competition authorities.
