Hans Nikolaj Amsinck Boie advises Danish and foreign clients on all aspects within M&A, commercial contracts, corporate affairs, project development, large capex projects and joint ventures.
As Energy Counsel, Hans is particularly experienced within the energy and infrastructure sector, having worked inter alia on several infrastructure transactions and joint ventures for renewables projects as well as project development, PtX, PPAs/offtake agreements and EPC contracts. Hans' advice naturally expands to regulatory matters within the energy and utilities space. Hans is also experienced within the telecoms sector, particularly fiber transactions and service provider arrangements.
Hans is a skilled contract drafter and experienced in building, managing and negotiating complex agreements and projects, always emphasizing a pragmatic and “getting the deal done”-approach without losing sight of all important details.
Hans is driven by his passion for and fascination with the energy and infrastructure sector, seeing himself not only as an advisor to – but also a part of – the industry value chains working to ensure the green transition.
