Gorrissen Federspiel has advised the owners of B4Restore A/S in connection with their partnership with CataCap, through which CataCap becomes the majority shareholder in the company.
B4Restore A/S is a leading Danish Data Protection-as-Service Provider, offering a platform for backup, storage and business continuity for larger enterprises and managed service providers (MSP).
The partnership is intended to support B4Restore A/S’ continued growth and position in a market impacted by more strict regulation, cyber security issues and increasing demands for data recovery.
