Another legal heavyweight joins Gorrissen Federspiel’s EU law team.
Lars Bay Larsen has a long and impressive legal career that has taken him to the highest legal offices in Europe. He has been a judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union since 2006 and in 2021 his fellow judges elected him vice president of the Court. He has been involved in all cases of general public importance.
Head of the EU law team, partner and former Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe, has worked with Lars Bay Larsen at both the Ministry of Justice and the Court of Justice.
