Søren Nielsen

Professional profile

Søren Nielsen works in our energy group. Søren advises Danish and foreign clients within the energy sector, including project investment and development with focus on solar energy projects and biogas projects.

As a significant element in connection with renewable projects, Søren conducts environmental legal due diligence investigations in relation to, inter alia, biogas projects and advises on environmental planning law, environmental assessments, EIA-permits and other regulatory issues relating to renewable energy projects.

Søren holds experience in corporate and commercial law as he was previously part of our Corporate / M&A group, including transactions of M&A, succession, group restructurings.
