Our expertise

In order to ensure competent, swift and solution-oriented advice to our clients, the group’s lawyers on a current basis attend environmental law courses, just as we arrange our own courses on environmental law.
Meet the team

We advise on

  • Soil and groundwater contamination
  • Environmental approvals
  • Assessment of environmental risks in connection with buying and selling real estate
  • Risk coverage in transfers of undertakings, including among other things environmental due diligence, waste regulation, planning law issues, in relation to both Danish and EU law
  • Litigation concerning environmental law issues, including on contamination in connection with private persons’ acquisition of housing property, complex environmental contamination cases for production companies as well as cases against public authorities.

We also assist in preparing all types of contracts and clauses concerning environmental law issues, including agreements in respect of remedial and preventive measures when contamination has been detected.
