Nicolas Daniel Guichard

Professional profile

Nicolas Guichard assists Danish and international clients in all aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings – before, during and after the action. Nicolas primarily focuses on cases concerning professional liability, contract law, criminal law and M&A on a national as well as an international level. Nicolas has therefore also work experience within the field of Corporate/M&A and has thus adviced Danish and international clients on general corporate law issues, financial and capital markets, such as initial public offerings, and business transfers.

Nicolas has a strong professional profile with two master degrees in law from the University of Copenhagen and Columbia Law School, from which he graduated with honors and top rankings. Through his studies at Duke University and Columbia Law School, Nicolas gained unique insights into his professional areas of interest and different legal cultures. Nicolas has also passed the New York Bar Exam and is a licensed attorney and counselor of law in the state of New York. Before starting his legal career, Nicolas worked as an officer in the Danish Armed Forces.
