Julie Stehr's practice concentrates on advising the transport sector with special focus on aviation, aircraft financing and ship financing but also financing in general. Julie's experience also includes advising on insolvency and restructuring.

Julie's main area of specialisation is mostly industry-oriented, and she therefore acts within different legal areas. Julie's experience within the shipping and aviation industries includes, among other things, issues relating to damages, insurance law and private international law, but she also assists in matters concerning corporate law as well as financial and regulatory issues. Thus, Julie assists with and advises on the purchase, sale and leasing of aircraft. Furthermore, Julie acts in aircraft and ship financing matters and in traditional financing transactions, where she advises on and drafts loan agreements and security documents. Finally, Julie advises on and renders assistance in connection with legal and arbitration proceedings relating to the aviation industry.
