John Sommer Schmidt and Preben Jakobsen have been appointed official liquidator and trustee of the Bankruptcy Court in Aarhus and the Bankruptcy Court of the Maritime and Commercial High Court, respectively.
In cooperation with our Dispute Resolution practice group, the members of the group on a current basis conduct cases, included avoidance proceedings and cases concerning collection of and securing accounts receivable and other rights.

If you can’t find the case you’re looking for, then check the Danish Law Gazette to make sure, that the insolvency proceeding has been published.
