Julie Rindom primarily provides advice to Danish and foreign businesses in M&A transactions and other business law matters.
Further, Julie has considerable practical experience with securities and capital markets law, including listed companies' compliance with the disclosure requirements. In addition, Julie advises on and has considerable practical experience with all aspects relating to the preparation and holding of general meetings in listed companies.
