Henrik Søgaard-Nielsen advises Danish and foreign clients on all aspects within M&A, commercial contracts and corporate affairs, as well as restructurings and group company relations.
Henrik is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and implementing complex commercial contracts and establishment of consortiums, partnerships and joint ventures across all sectors.
Furthermore, Henrik has experience with various types of contracts related to the offshore wind energy sector, including in relation to the erection and operation of offshore wind farms, including design, manufacture and installation of foundations, transition pieces, wind turbine generators, and subsea cables. Henrik is also familiar with most international offshore-related standard contracting formats, including LOGIC and FIDIC.
Finally, Henrik advises companies operating within the defence and security sector regarding, inter alia, the implementation of large-scale turnkey supplies and supply of mission critical assets, as well as M&A transactions.
