The Danish company Asetek A/S has announced the results of its rights issue today 23 December 2024, which marks the completion of the second rights issue by the company in two years. Asetek A/S is a Danish developer and producer of liquid coolers for PC and enthusiast gaming brands as well as products for next level immersive SimSports gaming experiences.
The company became listed Nasdaq Copenhagen in 2023 after which it delisted from Oslo Børs where it had been listed since 2013.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted ABG Sundal Collier, Sundal Collier Denmark, Filial af ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Norge, the global coordinator, on the transaction. The team was led by Chantal Pernille Patel Simonsen with assistance from Emily Nordin, Ole Poulsen Tougaard and Oskar Sølver.
