Sven Frode Frølund and Steen Puch Holm-Larsen join Gorrissen Federspiel on 1 November 2023. Both come from competitor Bech-Bruun and bring with them a large team.
In May, we announced that Gorrissen Federspiel strengthens its Real Estate group with the addition of two new partners, Steen Puch Holm-Larsen and Sven Frode Frølund, both from Bech-Bruun.
The addition of the new partners comes at a time when the transactions market is experiencing some slowdown. Nevertheless, the timing is good, says Managing Partner Martin André Dittmer.
“This is a timely consolidation of our already strong Real Estate team. With a strengthened international exposure, we expect an increase in activity in relation to new clients and markets, despite the current slowdown. At the same time, we and the team will be strong and united when the activity level for real estate transactions normalises.”
The new partners bring a team of 10 colleagues, consisting of one case manager and nine attorneys, including one Managing Counsel and four Practice Area Counsels. All the new employees join Gorrissen Federspiel on 1 November 2023.
The partner team in the Real Estate practice group now consists of Jesper Avnborg Lentz, Alexander Troeltzsch Larsen, Hans-Peter Jørgensen, Steen Hellmann, Sven Frode Frølund and Steen Puch Holm-Larsen.
