For the second time in a few months, Gorrissen Federspiel is strengthening its Real Estate team. This time, two external profiles join the group of partners.

The addition of the new partners comes at a time when the transactions market is seeing some slowdown. Nevertheless, the timing is good, says Managing Partner Martin André Dittmer.
“This is a timely consolidation of our already strong Real Estate team. With strengthened international exposure, we expect, despite the current slowdown, an uptick in activity in terms of new clients and markets. At the same time, we and the team will be strong and unified when the activity level for real estate transactions normalises,” says Martin André Dittmer.
Jesper Avnborg Lentz, partner in Real Estate, says:

In addition to Jesper Avnborg Lentz and Alexander Troeltzsch Larsen, the partner group in Real Estate, Copenhagen, consists of Hans-Peter Jørgensen and Steen Hellmann, with the latter joining the partner group on 1 March. With the appointment of Steen Puch Holm-Larsen and Sven Frode Frølund, the Real Estate team in Copenhagen will now consist of six partners.
Steen Puch Holm-Larsen and Sven Frode Frølund are both partners at Bech-Bruun. They will join Gorrissen Federspiel no later than on 1 January 2024.
Steen Puch Holm-Larsen graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen in 1997 and obtained an LLM from the University of Exeter in 2002. He began his career with Bech-Bruun in 1998. After four years as a partner at Lundgrens, he returned to Bech-Bruun as a partner in 2014.
Steen Puch Holm-Larsen has deep commercial understanding and extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. He specialises in investments, particularly in relation to international M&A Real Estate, commercial real estate and hotels.
Sven Frode Frølund graduated with a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen in 2008. Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia Law School. He joined Bech-Bruun in 2008. In 2012, he took up a position as attorney with the international law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, before returning to Bech Bruun in 2018 as a partner.
Sven Frode Frølund has years of experience in cross-border transactions. Drawing on his large, international network, Sven Frode Frølund assists major private equity funds in M&A and real estate transactions.
