Insurance companies will need to update existing ICT contracts to comply with DORA contractual requirements. Rather than issuing completely new terms and conditions, only the gaps between Solvency II, EIOPA cloud provider guidelines and DORA need to be addressed. In 2018, Gorrissen Federspiel joined the UN’s Global Compact, which is the world’s most comprehensive initiative for corporate responsibility. We have since supplemented our CSR work with a focus on the global goals, defined by the UN as benchmarks for sustainable development towards 2030.
