ForSea to be acquired by Molslinjen

Igneo Infrastructure Partners has entered into an agreement regarding a divestment of ForSea, the Helsingør-Helsingborg ferry route with Molslinjen A/S, backed by EQT Infrastructure.

ForSea is the sole operator of Roll-on/Roll-off ferries between Helsingør, Denmark, and Helsingborg, Sweden, providing ferry connections via a single ferry route strategically located at the closest point between the two countries.

The sale of ForSea is subject to regulatory approvals in Sweden and Denmark. A closing of the transaction is expected in the beginning of 2023. Gorrissen Federspiel assisted Igneo Infrastructure Partners on the transaction in collaboration with the Swedish law firm Vinge.
