Cadeler A/S, a Danish leading offshore wind contractor, which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, has carried out a successful private placement raising gross proceeds of NOK 1 billion through an accelerated book-building process.
Net proceeds from the private placement will be used to finance in part the Company’s planned second foundation installation F-class newbuild vessel, which will help facilitate Cadeler A/S’ growth journey as a leading offshore wind contractor with strategic focus on foundation and turbine installation.
