Gorrissen Federspiel advises Ontario Teachers’ in connection with the acquisition of a Nordic logistics portfolio.
Gorrissen Federspiel has acted as Danish legal counsel to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers’) in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio comprising five modern logistics properties located in Sweden and Denmark.
The Danish part of the portfolio comprises Ventrupparken 4, a modern logistics and cross-dock terminal of 15,000 sqm, as well as Vejleåvej 11, a high-quality distribution centre with a total area of 13,520 sqm.
The acquisition has been completed in cooperation with Fokus Nordic, acting as Ontario Teachers’ operating partner, and Gernandt & Danielsson, acting as Swedish legal counsel.
The transaction underscores the continued international interest in the Nordic logistics market and strengthens Ontario Teachers’ position within commercial real estate in the region.
