Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Grant Thornton Advisors in connection with Grant Thornton Denmark’s accession to Grant Thornton Advisors’ multinational platform. Grant Thornton Advisors’ multinational platform is a group of companies within accounting, advisory and tax services, established by Grant Thornton Advisors LLC in the United States.
The transaction, which is supported by an investor group led by New Mountain Capital, brings Grant Thornton Denmark’s 650 employees and annual revenue of EUR 85 million into a platform comprising 18 firms worldwide.
