Sale of Lakrids by Bülow.
Valedo Partners today announced its divestment of Lakrids By Bülow, the Danish producer of premium gourmet liquorice, to IDG Capital. Founded in 2007, Lakrids by Bülow is on a mission to make the world love liquorice and is known for their unique flavour combinations. The group employs more than 380 people and sells its products in around 35 countries worldwide.
Gorrissen Federspiel have assisted Valedo in connection with the transaction led by a team comprising Mikael Philip Schmidt, Mikkel Fritsch, Kristina Klem, Esben Gjetrang, Christian Fyhn Skovbjerg Jepsen and Martin Øfeldt with assistance from specialists across the firm.
