Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Heimstaden Bostad on the sale to Greater Copenhagen Residential ApS of the residential property Akeleje Hus of approximately 7,500 sqm in Valby.
The property comprises 189 studio apartments as well as a single commercial unit.
The property was completed in 2019, at which point Heimstaden acquired the property, and several years of development and operation of the property have since followed.
As part of Gorrissen Federspiel’s long-standing and close working relationship with Heimstaden, we have had the pleasure of assisting throughout all phases of the process, from the acquisition and the development of the property through to the successful closing of the transaction and thus the transfer of the completed project.
