Gorrissen Federspiel has advised Terma, Denmark’s largest high-tech defense company, providing mission-critical systems to the global defense sector, with a landmark investment from the pension fund ATP (one of Europe’s largest pension funds with 5.6 million members and pension assets exceeding DKK 712 bn).
The investment is an important step on the road to the growth of the Danish defense industry, and it marks the beginning of shared ownership, with ATP acquiring a minority stake to support Terma’s strategy.
This landmark investment will help Terma to substantially increase its revenue over the coming years, strengthen its position in the global defense market, and drive innovation in defense technology.
