Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted Subra A/S in the completion of a Series A financing round.
The transaction includes Subra’s acquisition of Theva, a German manufacturer of superconducting materials, as well as an investment of approximately EUR 40 million led by Novo Holdings, with participation from Maj Invest and SPRIND.
The capital raise and acquisition support Subra’s ambition to build a fully integrated European platform for next-generation superconductors.
