Pictet Group enters Joint Venture with VIGA Real Estate
The Joint Venture has been entered into in connection with the simultaneous acquisition of Project Gateway, the residential real estate asset located in Rødovre, Denmark, comprising 534 residential units and 15 commercial units covering a total area of approx. 37,150 square metres.
