Charlotte Thorsen is a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel's Corporate / M&A and Energy & Infrastructure practice groups. Charlotte undertakes a broad range of corporate and commercial work with a focus on domestic and international M&A, including private equity transactions, joint ventures, carve-outs, private placements and other equity investments. Furthermore, she has extensive experience with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
As a member of Gorrissen Federspiel's Energy & Infrastructure group, Charlotte has particular expertise within the energy sector. This includes not only transactional work, partnerships and joint ventures, but also project development and regulatory matters with a focus on CCS, offshore wind and oil and gas.
