Gorrissen Federspiel advises Ontario Teachers’ on Nordic logistics property portfolio acquisition.
Gorrissen Federspiel has acted as Danish legal advisor to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers’) in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of five modern logistics properties located in Sweden and Denmark.
The Danish part of the portfolio includes Ventrupparken 4, a modern 15,000 sqm logistics and cross dock terminal, and Vejleåvej 11, a high-quality distribution centre with a total area of 13,520 sqm.
The acquisition has been completed in collaboration with Fokus Nordic, as Ontario Teachers’ operating partner, as well as Gernandt & Danielsson, which acted as Swedish counsel.
The transaction underscores the continued international interest in the Nordic logistics market and strengthens Ontario Teachers’ position within commercial real estate in the region.
