Montagu has announced its divestment of DEAS Real Estate Services (DEAS A/S) from DEAS Group.
DEAS A/S is a leading property service and consultancy business with over 30 years of experience.
On behalf of private and institutional property investors, DEAS A/S provides financial and technical real estate management and ancillary services for a portfolio of over 2,000 properties located throughout Denmark.
In 2023, the company employed more than 900 property service professionals and had a turnover of more than EUR 90 million.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
PHM Group is a property services group with operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany employing 9,800 professionals.
PHM Group’s owners are funds managed by Norvestor.
