KKR has successfully acquired a new-built student housing asset in Copenhagen with approximately 500 residential units from Angelo Gordon.
More specifically, it is the 13,668 sqm dormitory The Mark at Brøndbyøster Boulevard, which was completed in three stages from 2020 to 2023 in collaboration with developer SquareMeter.
