Sofie Svarre Michalsik is part of our M&A Real Estate group. With a focus on real estate transactions involving existing commercial and residential rental properties, development projects and large real estate portfolios in the form of both asset and share transactions, Sofie has been involved in some of the largest transactions on the Danish property market in recent years. She advises a number of the key players, among others private equity funds, sponsors and institutional investors.

Sofie has experience in several areas, including structured acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, hotel acquisitions and operations as well as development projects, and she has extensive expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, W&I insurance and project management.

Additionally, Sofie specialises in commercial and residential tenancy law and has extensive experience in commercial and residential tenancy contract drafting and advice.
