Gorrissen Federspiel has advised KKR on the acquisition of Accountor Software, a leading software provider for financial and HR management in Sweden and Finland.
Following the acquisition of Accountor Software, KKR has announced its acquisition of 24SevenOffice’s ERP software division – the next phase of Accountor Software’s growth journey.
24SevenOffice’s ERP software division will be combined with Accountor Software to create one of the leading financial management and HR software businesses in the Nordics.
