The Grant Thornton Advisors multinational platform is a group of accounting, advisory and tax providers established by Grant Thornton Advisors LLC in the US.
The transaction, backed by an investor group led by New Mountain Capital, brings Grant Thornton Denmark’s 650 professionals and €85 million in annual revenue onto a platform of 18 firms worldwide.
