Gorrissen Federspiel assists Conscia and Nordic Capital in connection with the acquisition of the Irish company PlanNet 21 Group.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen Conscia’s position in the European market and is its largest acquisition to date.
Completion of the acquisition of PlanNet 21 Group is subject to regulatory approval and is expected later this year.
It will be Conscia’s fourth acquisition in 2024.
Conscia is one of Europe’s leading providers of IT infrastructure and network solutions, with a particular focus on helping organisations secure, optimise, and develop their digital platforms.
Conscia provides services in areas such as cybersecurity, data centre solutions, and network operations and works closely with large companies and public institutions in several countries.
Gorrissen Federspiel has assisted Conscia in all four acquisitions.
