Bang & Olufsen, the global luxury-lifestyle brand listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, has announced the completion of its private placement to international and domestic professional investors. The offering, representing approx. 20% of the company’s share capital, was met with strong demand exceeding available new shares.
The proceeds from the offering will be applied towards accelerating the company’s strategic execution, including investments to further strengthen Bang & Olufsen’s position in the luxury audio market. Investors in the private placement included Dyvig Holdings, Azura Partners Boreale SARL and Danish pension fund ATP.
Gorrissen Federspiel acted as legal advisor to Bang & Olufsen in the transaction.
